2pm: Learn to make healthy choices when eating out with a talk at the Mick Lally Theatre.
2pm: Find out how to impress your guests by The House Hotel at the festival tent.
3pm: Discover Ales and Tails - when craft beers meet local seafood – at the festival tent.
3pm: Brasserie on the Corner will showcase local produce with ‘A Taste of our Land, Sea and Earth’.
4pm: A talk and tasting takes place at The Malt House on smoking fish, while you can find out how to be a ‘Savvy Shopper’ at the Mick Lally Theatre.
4pm: Learn an appreciation of Connemara shellfish at Brasserie on the Corner.
4pm: A demo about modern Irish cuisine takes place at the festival tent, while Goya’s will host a baking demo. 5pm: Learn about the chicken, the cow, and the pig by Cava Bodega at the Festival tent.
