1pm: A talk on pickling, curing and fermenting takes place at Aniar, or learn how to cook the perfect steak at the festival tent.
1pm: Enjoy some lunchtime comedy at The Kings Head with Patrick McDonnell. €10; A teddy bears picnic takes place at Woodquay Green.
2pm: Meet the brewer at Tom Sheridans as Galway Hooker founder talks all things beer.
2pm: Enjoy a Venetian street food showcase at Il Vicolo; find out how a restaurant works at the Mick Lally Theatre; or learn how Un Oeuf is Enough at the festival tent.
3pm: A shellfish made simple demonstration takes place at the festival tent while a master pizza class takes place at The Twelve.
3pm: Shoeaholics will love the Greens Shoe Event taking place at the Eyre Square Shopping Centre hosted by our own Bec Boop!
3.30pm: A west coast craft beer showcase and talk takes place at Kellys.
4pm: The festival tent hosts Blakes Brasserie as they demonstrate fresh, local, and sustainable seafood, while a discussion about women in the industry takes place at the Mick Lally Theatre.
5pm: Learn about raw bites and vegan delights at the festival tent.
8pm: It’s time for the American Wrestling Roadshow with the legendary Tiny Iron at the Black Box Theatre!
