12pm: A kiddies Easter egg hunt takes place at The Twelve, while there will be some Spanish wine tasting at Martine’s, Quay Street.
12pm: Learn about Japan’s soul food by Wa Café at the festival tent.
1pm: Enjoy some lunchtime comedy at The King’s Head with Fred Cooke. €10.
1pm: A talk on where fish are caught takes place at The Dail Bar, or you can learn how to make your own fish and chips at home at the festival tent.
2pm: Discover Venetian tapas at the festival tent by Il Vicolo or learn how to cook Thai style at the Thai Garden.
2.30pm: Have fun with a Mr Waffle Easter Egg Hunt to Millennium park.
3pm: A talk on art, history and food with JP McMahon takes place at the Galway Arts Centre, while Slow Food will host a demo at the festival tent.
3pm: Brasserie on the Corner will showcase local produce with ‘A Taste of our Land, Sea and Earth’.
4pm: Learn how to make cheese with St Tola Goat's Cheese at the festival tent.
4.30pm: A wine tasting with Wilde Irish chocolates takes place at Woodberrys.
5pm: The Westend Street food fair takes place in Silke's car park opposite Massimos Bar.
9:30pm: Catch ‘In Their Thousands’ at Monroe’s Live, a band who write and play great music, followed by covers band Raindance at midnight.
