3pm: The poetry sessions takes place at Padraig’s Place, New Dock Road, every afternoon until Saturday, July 19th for the Galway Fringe Festival.
11am: Creature character puppet making with puppet shrewa doodle doo takes place at the Galway City Museum for age 6-12 as part of Fringe Fest.
2pm: Renowned concert pianist Nick Ross will perform a selection to compliment the exhibition Music on the Water at the Galway City Museum.
3pm: The Mute Quire - an ensemble from Italy, China, and America – bring their original freewheeling story to the Galway Playhouse at Columban Hall for fringe.
7pm: Try your Hand – a drawing class with artist Mark D. Smith – takes place at The Bridge Mills for fringe.
8pm: Tunes at the Church returns at St Nicholas Collegiate Church with music tonight by Pádraic Keane on the uilleann pipes.
8pm: A new generation of Irish musicians, Caoimhe Grogan and Catherine McHugh, will perform at Padraig’s Place, New Dock Road, for the Fringe Fest.
9pm: Trad at the Head is back at The King’s Head, with live traditional music, Irish dancers, and no cover charge to boot!
9:30pm: Citóg presents Felix Sonnyboy at the Cellar bar, Eglington Street, for Fringe.
10pm: Keith Moss and The Tightrope Walkers will play at the Galway Fringe main stage at the Victoria Hotel, Victoria Place.
10:30pm: Don’t miss the ‘Screamin’ Bluecats’ at Garvey’s in Eyre Square for a night of rockabilly magic. You ‘aint nothin’ but a hound dog!
