11am: Brazilian photographer, Filipe Chaves, hosts his exhibition, ‘the music that plays on your street is also mine’ at Padraig’s Place, New Dock Road until July 28th.

1pm: Fregoli Theatre Company invite you to come away on the Voyage of Brian an ancient story now retold, at the Galway Playhouse, Columban Road for fringe.

3pm: Artist, Scientist, Priest, a four hour showing by John Rogers of his latest work takes place at the Galway Mechanics Institute for fringe.

9pm: Join Kevin Rohan with Monica Naughton and dancers at Barr an Chaladh, Woodquay for total trad!

9pm: Trad at the Head is back at The King’s Head, with live traditional music, Irish dancers, and no cover charge to boot!

9:30pm: Citóg Presents: Ray Brown and Cal Folger Day at the Cellar Bar on Eglington Street.

10pm: Catch Myles Manley, an English-born, Sligo-raised, Dublin-based literal popstar at the Galway Fringe main stage, Victoria Hotel, Victoria Place.

10:30pm: Don’t miss the ‘Screamin’ Bluecats’ at Garvey’s in Eyre Square for a night of rockabilly magic. You ‘aint nothin’ but a hound dog!

Midnight: Mad Dog McCrea will take to the stage at Monroe’s Live after We Banjo 3 following a stomping performance at Glastonbury 2013.
