10:30pm: Dungeons and Donuts Galway presents Galway PPTQ with registration at Aras na Mac Leinn, NUIG. First rounds kicks off at 1pm.
1pm: Head to Busker Brownes on Cross Street for the best jazz brunch in town with the Galway Bay Jazz band.
2pm: The Subtitle European Film Festival continues at the Town Hall Theatre with A Coffee In Berlin at 2pm and Short Stories at 4:30pm.
2pm: Galway take on Meath in the Allianz Leagues GAA Football at Pearse Stadium Salthill.
2pm: A free airbrush demo takes place this afternoon at Decobake on Eglington Street. Create stunning effects, ideal for the person who still has their airbrush in its box, or for the person thinking about buying an airbrush.
5pm: Slow Food Galway will ring in Spring with a gourmet St. Brigid’s Day banquet at LOAM restaurant, Fairgreen Road in aid of COPE catering, Galway; Clowns Without Borders; and a Slow Food funded project, Ten Thousand Gardens in Africa.
8pm: The Galway Film Society presents Diplomacy at the Town Hall Theatre set at the end of WWII.
9pm: Pyramid will take you out of the weekend with live music at the Quays downstairs.
10pm: The Corrib Social Dancing Club organises weekly Sunday Night Dancing at the Galway Bay Hotel, Salthill with varied live bands. Admission is €8
