5pm: Energy Night at NUIG will focus on smart grid and the growing technology and privacy issues associated with it.
7pm: Frank McCurry and Tom Frawley of GMIT will give a talk on Marconi, Galway and the Dawn of Global Communications at NUIG’s Insight Centre for Data Analytics, The DERI Building, IDA Business Park, Lower Dangan.
8pm: The Galway University Musical Society (GUMS) presents Cabaret at the Black Box Theatre.
