Launch of Galway's newest venue - Seven, Bridge Street
Galway’s social scene is getting ready for a new live venue as Seven, Bridge Street has opened its doors. On Saturday, April 4th, Seven came to life with bigger, more alternative DJ nights, original, up and coming bands and guaranteed live entertainment every Thursday til Sunday.
The new space, formerly called Kelly's, has a bright, funky and contemporary feel, with an arty vibe throughout, reflecting a modern Galway.
The interior has been completely refurbished, incorporating earthy mahogony, leather and tartan with bright custom made wall visuals and a bar front made out of tin tiles. Alongside this modern and contemporary setting is a marble cocktail bar and many cosy snug areas, to keep that intimate pub corner feel.
The live venue upstairs, the loft, will be jumping to the beat of new sounds and original music from the latest bands and DJs - with a late night every Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Every Thursday, be entertained by Galway singer Lucia Evans and Danny Healy on brass as Seven’s newest resident funk band. It is also a great place to watch sport with large screens, and you can pop in for food, which will be served every day until 9pm.
Seven will have an extensive breakfast, lunch and dinner menu, using the best local and seasonal produce.
There is something for everyone at Seven, Bridge Street located in the heart of Galway city.
