6.30pm: Up to 270 cyclists on the Console East to West charity event will arrive into Galway

this evening to much fanfare and music

8am: A sunrise photography workshop on the Aran Islands has been organised by

11am: An archaeology workshop ‘Get to know..Anglo-­Normans’ takes place at the Galway City

Museum. Age 7­12.

8pm: Celebrating his 80th year in 2015, Des Keogh ­ one of Ireland’s most renowned actors and

performers ­ gets to fulfill a life­long ambition to play legendary Irish man of letters George

Bernard Shaw in My Fair Ladies at the Town Hall Theatre.

8:30pm: Jimmy Crowley will be in in concert at the Áras Éanna Arts Centre on Inis Oirr.

9pm: The Eskies will bring their Sea Soaked Gypsy Folk, part of their nationwide 'After the

Sherry Went Round' album tour to Monroe’s Live on Dominick Street.
